Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and the message you submit when you use our contact form.
Newsletter sign-up: your email address and, if provided, your name and professional role.
Analytics data: technical data about how visitors use this website, collected in aggregated or pseudonymised form using cookieless tracking. It does not identify you as an individual.
We do not collect patient health data on this website. Patient data is processed only within the VitalMatrix platform under a separate legal framework.

Hostinger: website hosting provider.
Matomo: analytics, self-hosted by VitalMatrix on Hetzner Cloud (EU, Germany). Cookieless tracking. No data transferred to third parties.
Email service provider: to be confirmed before newsletter activation, with a data processing agreement in place.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
